Refund policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed.

However, in the rare case of a damaged product, an exchange may be offered. To be eligible, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening.

Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
